Each belt is carefully sewn with our Classic Buckle and backed with glove leather.  The Matte Tumbled Bronze buckle is hand cast and “tumbled” by our jeweler in Philadelphia. Matte Tumbled Bronze. After getting the compound angles of our classic sterling buckle just right we sent it to a high-tech scanning company so that there was a reference for consistent production.  The scanning company then informed us that sterling silver was too reflective to be scanned. Our jeweler had a solution. He produced a matte tumbled bronze buckle.  It looked really cool. It’s not shiny, it’s not polished and it’s not perfect. It looks vintage when new.
